Important limits and expectations
01. No emergency guarantee
Sahaaya is not a substitute for police, ambulance, fire services or immediate emergency response. In India call 112 for emergencies.
02. Not a medical provider by default
Companionship, transport and appointment coordination do not themselves constitute medical diagnosis, treatment or nursing care. Licensed medical services must be separately identified.
03. Property outcomes
Inspections and monitoring cannot guarantee prevention of theft, damage, encroachment, disputes or loss.
04. Third-party providers
Vendor qualifications, insurance, responsibility and dispute handling should be stated for each service category.
05. Information accuracy
Availability, prices, service coverage and images may change; the confirmed order governs the agreed scope.
