Rules for using the platform
01. Eligibility and accounts
Users must provide accurate information, maintain account security and have authority to request services for properties or beneficiaries.
02. Service scope
Sahaaya coordinates property monitoring, maintenance, inspections and elder support. Exact deliverables, service areas, availability, provider qualifications and timelines are confirmed with each order.
03. Booking and confirmation
Submitting a request is not a confirmed booking. The team must verify availability, price, location, scope and any required authorisation.
04. Fees and payment
Applicable service fees, taxes, third-party charges and payment methods must be disclosed before the user authorises payment. Do not assume all services are prepaid.
05. User responsibilities
Provide safe access, accurate beneficiary and emergency contacts, required permissions and lawful instructions; do not misuse the platform or personnel.
06. Vendors and field personnel
Describe whether a service is delivered by the company or an independent partner. Professional work requiring licensing must be performed by appropriately qualified persons.
07. Service changes and disputes
Define rescheduling, cancellations, evidence of completion, complaint escalation, governing law and dispute resolution in the final approved agreement.
08. Limits and legal rights
Reasonable limitations may apply only to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory consumer rights and liability for unlawful conduct cannot be excluded.
Pay-per-service pricing and approval
Sahaaya uses a pay-per-service model and does not offer bundled service packages. Applicable charges depend on the individual service requested and its agreed scope, timing, duration, location and availability. Charges will be shared for review before booking confirmation. Any additional task or cost should be explained and approved before the work proceeds.
