Elder Care & Safety
Consent, boundaries and emergency practices
01. Authorised requests
Confirm the beneficiary’s preferences, consent and authorised family contacts before visits or sharing updates.
02. Field agent conduct
Personnel should identify themselves, follow visit protocols, respect privacy and avoid handling cash, medicines or valuables without explicit documented authorisation.
03. Medical information
Collect the minimum necessary details, restrict access and obtain suitable permissions for sharing with providers.
04. Transport and outings
For local outings, family functions, hospital visits and other requested trips, Sahaaya Services can coordinate a service agent to accompany the beneficiary and help with pickup, travel arrangements and safe return. Transport is arranged based on availability and the beneficiary’s mobility requirements. Vehicle fares, entry fees, tickets and other third-party expenses are separate unless expressly included in the confirmed booking. The destination, timing, assistance required and applicable charges will be communicated before confirmation.
05. Escalation and emergencies
Provide an incident escalation process and clear instructions to contact emergency services immediately where necessary.
