How personal information is handled
01. Information we collect
Account and contact details, service addresses, property information, beneficiary and emergency-contact details, booking and payment references, support messages, service photos and reports, and technical usage data where applicable. Health-related details should be collected only when necessary for an expressly requested care service.
02. Why we use information
To register accounts, verify requests, coordinate property and elder care services, assign appropriate field personnel, provide updates, process payments through payment partners, prevent misuse and handle support and legal obligations.
03. Sharing and access
Relevant information may be shared with assigned agents, vetted vendors, caregivers, payment processors, technology providers and authorities when legally required. Access should be role-based and limited to the service need.
04. Consent and choices
Where consent is required, explain the purpose and provide a method to withdraw it. Users should be able to request access, correction, updates or deletion, subject to lawful retention requirements.
05. Security and retention
Use encryption in transit, access controls, logging and reasonable safeguards. Publish a defined retention schedule and incident-response process before launch; no system can guarantee absolute security.
06. Children and vulnerable beneficiaries
Obtain appropriate guardian or authorised representative permissions where required; do not collect unnecessary sensitive information.
07. International access
NRIs may access the platform from abroad. Explain any international data transfers and relevant safeguards before launch.
08. Contact and changes
The privacy contact, grievance officer, postal address, effective date and policy revision history must be confirmed before publication.
